DESCRIPTION:Cette course se déroule en individuel, sur une boucle de 2,5 km.\nLe concept est simple : la boucle de 2,5 km doit être effectuée en moins de 20 minutes, le plus de fois possible, jusqu’à ce qu’il ne reste plus qu’un seul coureur qui est alors déclaré vainqueur.\nEn cas ou plusieurs coureurs finissent à égalité après une pose de 10 minutes ils feront deux fois le parcours et le premier arrivé sera déclaré vainqueur.\n
